Any number of random people have ripped and uploaded dreamcast games over the years. Revive DC has done the best job of dummying the disc (which fills the inside of the disc up with a blank file, pushing all the actual game data to the outside of the disc, which reduces the amount the drive motor has to move, reducing noise and extending the life of your precious dreamcast) and doing the least amount of downsampling possible. Also, the Revive DC rips always have the background music, whereas a lot of the unnamed rips for some games don't include that.
It is incredibly frustrating to burn a copy of Super Runabout: San Fransisco to find that the background music missing entirely. EDIT: DCRES rips are good quality rips as well.
